Kristy is a great instructor that loves what she teaches and makes learning enjoyable. She takes the time to make sure we know what we're doing and aren't left behind. I highly recommend her Tai Chi Easy class!
Kristy is a great instructor. I love her Tai Chi class where she makes learning Tai Chi easy and fun. Kristy is very passionate about healthy living. Kristy is also a wonderful speaker. She was a guest speaker at the support/education group that I lead, where she spoke and led us in a Tai Chi Easy for Health lesson. She is very personable and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others. I highly recommend Kristy both as an instructor and as a speaker!

Kristy’s heart is so pure & her passion for helping others heal within is felt when you work with her learning Tai Chi & Qigong & allowing your self-healing abilities to be ignited! She was a gift to be with for 3 days when I became a certified Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader.
Kristy is a very patient and experienced instructor. Her enthusiasm for Tai chi is apparent. Thanks to her, I have learned much. Despite this just being a beginners class, I have learned the Tai Chi Easy form and the been able to enjoy the benefits: improved strength, balance, and coordination.
I feel great!
I can’t recommend this enough!! This is what I had to say after my first class with Kristy... “Ahhh Such Blissful Zen... so easy, and fluid, peaceful and relaxing... I don’t even feel like I “worked out” but my energy and my body are happy happy happy.

Wellness is a multi-dimensional process of being which is about balance and optimization of potential. Mind-body practices are oriented toward seeking wellness, rather than discovering illness. Main dimensions of wellness are physical, mental and social, including emotional, intellectual, spiritual, occupational, and environmental. Wellness practices promote self-care, such as drinking water, healthy eating, massage, and activity, as well as stress-reduction, adapting to nature and increasing awareness of the senses.
